Personally I use a floating forearm rest, which was a total game changer as far as being comfortable using the mouse / keyboard. I do use a trackball instead of a typical mouse, but I’d imagine it would work fine for a regular mouse as well. I can’t suggest these enough!

Have you put any thought into floating forearm rests? I have that and a Dactyl and pains / stress I didn’t even realize I had went away!

You should look at an elbow rest instead of a wrist rest, I always seem to have issues with my wrist when using a wrist rest.
