I use these: Alta Wireless Bluetooth Helmet Drop in Headphones https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H7X814B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_p0LFFbG4TVGV2 The sound isn’t necessarily the best, but I can hear music and if I’m not blasting them I can hear people around me as well

Alta Wireless Bluetooth Helmet… https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H7X814B?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I was recommended these, got them and was like “audio quality sucks” so I went back to my WIRED outdoor tech chips. Then I got the outdoor tech 3.0 chips ($130) and was like “this audio quality sucks too” so then I did a side by side comparison of the OT 3.0 wireless chips and the OT WIRED chips, and realized they are the same audio quality, so nothing matters. Just having music/phone in your helmet is such a pleasure, you don’t notice the quality in the moment.

Used to have Outdoor Tech chips, when the batteries gave out switched to Alta Wildhorn and its definitely better and at least 2 years ago quite cheaper. Unfortunately, looks like they are having supply issues.

I use these, they have a “skip track” button, which in most podcast apps will skip ahead a predetermined amount of time. The sound is okay, considering they’re playing through the ear pads, but I would not consider these high end

The best in-helmet headphones that I’ve found for the price are the Alta headphones from Wildhorn. $100 and they work as good as the bigger names.

Only been out with them once so far, but these served me well this weekend Alta Wireless Bluetooth Helmet… https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H7X814B?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Outdoor Tech Chips is probably the standard that you’ll see recommended. I personally got the Alta Headphones just cause they were cheaper and they’ve been great too.
·
I would say Wildhorn Alta speakers, as they are better than Outdoor Tech Chips (had the v1s previously). But doesn’t seem like they can get them in stock.

I have a Giro Ledge with MIPS https://www.sunandski.com/p/34670056070002015/giro-men-s-ledge-mips-snow-helmet?vpc=34670056070002015-079609004&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI3Yjl4vbg7gIVE8GGCh0ujw3BEAQYAiABEgKZevD_BwE . I think it is like the best value helmet with MIPS. You can get one for under $100 at the link above. Then I got Alta Wireless Bluetooth drop in speakers. I just ordered the alta wireless bluetooth helmet speakers from amazon. They are half the price of the outdoor tech Bluetooth so hopefully they aren’t total garbage https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H7X814B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_iQbnCbDZRXPTK
