I have a Rumble 40 and I use Steel Series Arctic 7. Use what you have right? I will say Josh from BassBuzz recommends closed back headphones. Something like this would probably work.

I think these would serve you well and be close to your budget. AKG is a top tier brand for audiophiles. 👍🏽

Grab yourself a pair of AKG K72’s. They’ve gotten amazing reviews from just about everywhere I’ve looked, and would leave you with more than enough in the budget for a mod-mic. I picked up 2 sets of the slightly cheaper (Here in Germany at least) K52’s for both myself and my wife, and they sound brilliant. The K72’s are, going by professional reviews, even better.
EDIT: Failing that, you can get the ATH-M20x’s for $49 from Amazon.

Sennheiser HD 2.20s (overbudget)
Don’t go for bluetooth at this price, it’s not worth it.
If by any wizardry you can find the discontinued Senn. HD 202 ii you’ll be able to get stellar audio

I’ve got some AKGs I’m happy with. Mostly bought them for the really long lead, which some folks don’t like.

Might want to look into getting some decent headphones and then putting a mod mic on them. Will save a lot on space. I like AKG, they make good stuff. I hear the AKG Pro K72’s are pretty good. Then put a Mod Mic on it.
Because if you want an actual microphone on a boom arm that doesn’t sound like garbage then you’re looking at more than $150 since you’ll need an audio interface, a microphone, and then a boom arm and shock mount.
Of you can save some money by getting a USB mic (I hate USB mics personally myself. Joys of being an audio engineer I guess.) I hear good things about the Nessie though.
