What is the opinion of Reddit about the
ACT Anticavity Fluoride Mouthwash, Mint, Alcohol Free, 18-Ounce Bottle (Pack of 6)?

I highly recommend daily use of an anticavity fluoride rinse like ACT. It strengthens and can actually remineralize tooth enamel. The last time any member of my family had a cavity was 15 years ago, when we started using this stuff. I call it a dental plan in a bottle, which is less than $5 and will last you a couple of months easily.

Listerine does reduce plaque and gingivitis, but has no fluoride so it doesnt have the same effects as ACT. FYI fluoride mouth rinses are available on amazon.com
