NTA. I’m a multiple snooze buttoner myself (it gives me way more dreams) and doing it in a way that disturbs your partner is not okay.

If it’s important to her she can get a silent alarm that will only wake her up, eg the silent alarm on a fitbit, or one of these.

I use sleep phones, the wireless version.

Think I paid 99 bucks last time? I’m one year in on my second set and the first lasted 2 years.

It actually still works, but the plastic on the wires is cracked all over so they are my backup battery for the new set.

Well worth the cost to not have wires in the way in my opinion.

Not exactly the question OP was asking, but if you want to listen to stuff as you fall asleep, but have someone else sleeping in the room with you that doesn’t want to hear your shit, buy these.

A little pricey, but they are basically bluetooth headphones in a headband that you can fall asleep in. I usually wake up in the morning and they are either half-on or fell off my head. Either way, my head/ears don’t hurt or anything. Can play whatever the heck you want through them; I tend to listen to podcasts. Been using these for over a year, bought three of them.

SleepPhones!

I use mine almost every night. These are Bluetooth. If you find them too pricey there’s a wired version that’s cheaper.
