What is the opinion of Reddit about the

I am able to tolerate softer silicon earplugs and lighter headphones. But if you’ve never found one that works for you, they have headbands (I’ll put a link below). They are pretty cool, although maybe not the most discrete thing.

However, for groceries I think these, or a version of these that go on a hat can be nice.

The one caveat to something that doesn’t go in your ear or seal it, is that the noise cancelling is not present/effective. You could try downloading white noise to play in this. But it may be another sensory problem.
