I use one of these bad boys and it’s made a world of difference. You can even get a bluetooth version that doesn’t use an aux cord. I’ve also fallen asleep listening to podcasts for the past 10 or so years so that helps but like the other guys have suggested, some white noise really goes a long way, especially with one of these sleep bands.
