Anything New:
I can’t find a good spf lotion, I was using Clinique Pep-Start Daily UV Protector Broad Spectrum SPF 50 for awhile in 2017, but was recommended Nivea Creme later in the year. The lotion change hasn’t really affected my concerns (papules, blackheads, and large pores).

Location:
Southeast Michigan

I’ve been dealing with ance since middle school and what i have found to work best for me is cutting sugar and dairy as much as possible. Shower every night before bed (helps to keep your bedding clean), change pillow sheet and Bed sheets every other week, I use a clenser from ance.org which you can also find on Amazon, a low % benzoil peroxide which I also get on Amazon, and an oil free moisturizer.

I’m not an expert and I’m not trying to say this will work for everyone, but these tips and products are what works best for me.
