Agreed. OP, you really should visit a dermatologist. This doesn’t look like it’s from a mask (mask may be aggravating it, though). It could be hormonal, or a bacterial infection, or both. They would most likely put you on an antibiotic for a bit (topical and/or oral). A benzoyl peroxide wash is probably a good idea, daily (I recommend trying Acne Free, it’s $5 and you can get it on Amazon or @ Walgreens) to start. Then, build your routine from there. You don’t want to introduce too much at once, as it can be counterproductive in clearing up your skin. Make sure you get a good moisturizer and SPF (make sure to wash off SPF before bed) and apply everyday after cleansing.

I really feel you’ll benefit with a derm appointment as it really looks like you need to start with a prescription from a doctor. It’s worth it for just an initial visit, alone.

My skin is really sensitive too and I started treating my acne with “internal” products for this reason.

Birth control, spirolactone, doxycycline. I try to use a this BP face wash once or twice a week, it’s ok since it’s not a leave on product, but I can’t use it often.

Patch test anything you try.

If you want to incorporate BPO, maybe try a 2.5% wash. I really like this one https://www.amazon.com/AcneFree-Oil-Free-Cleanser-Peroxide-Breakouts/dp/B00BEUB15S

You could even do it every other day.

But also, your derm knows best. I wouldn’t stress about it too much.

I’ve used this for about a year now and is all that works for me. Everyone is different though.
