Yep, I can run audacity! I have a Surface Pro 3 and it is basically just a mini laptop that looks like a tablet, so it runs everything a normal computer would.
That seems to be what I’m looking for, I think, but $150 is way way over my budget. Is there something $20 or below you can suggest? I just need it to work, the sound quality doesn’t need to be amazing because all I want to do is upload some old one of a kind vanity pressings I found to youtube and they already have terrible audio quality so I won’t be losing much by not using the best equipment out there. :]
