This is the best book for learning pull-ups. I didn’t get all the way through but I went from 0 pull-ups to 8 after about a 3 weeks

I downloaded a book called 7 weeks to 50 pull ups and before long I was pumping out 6 sets, of all different grips at about 8-12 reps per set.

When I first started I couldn’t even do one. it took me ages to get to 3, then I downloaded the book and was doing 12 super wide grip no problemo.

Probably the best method to check out would be the Armstrong Pull Up Program I’m not sure this is the right link, but if you look a the /r/bodyweightfitness sub reddit they’ll point you in the right direction.
