I just order this 40 Carrots Vitamin Serum

It has rave reviews but I noticed it has both Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and retinol.

I thought it was best to use these two separately. I normally do C in AMs and tretinoin .5% in PMs.

Anyone have knowledge about the serum?
