Seems to be some debate on these in the comments. I use a 3M Bluetooth headset (NNR 24) They have been really nice for 6 months so far. The comfort, BT connectivity, and battery life have been stellar! I do shoot outside so 24 is enough for me and if I go indoor I put an internal set in too. 10/10 Recommended.

If you’re already experiencing signs and symptoms of tinnitus I would suggest something such as these 3M muffs/cans/ whatever you wanna call them if you want tunes while you work.
Please don’t disconnect the idea of using these in conjunction with ear plugs. -24db rating with only the cans isn’t all that much in the grand scheme of things. It’s a very noticeable difference when you use both plugs and cans and you’ll still hear your music.

I wish they were I rechargeable, but I ended up just buying 2 sets of rechargeable AAs. Batteries last at least a full day of work.

Look at the model 90542-3DC. They have am/fm, blue tooth, and jack. They take batteries but are more comfortable imo. I have these and the other ones linked.
