The closest that I’ve seen to what you’re asking is the YMDK board, but that’s a 96% condesened layout. It’s a known brand so there are a few floating out there that you can read people’s feedbacks on.

I see a full 108 layout with wood top, listed on amazon, but I would not trust it, not for that money and no history. I suppose if you have problem with pcb you can drop a similiar 108 pcb in place if any problem ever arises.
