These seem mostly uniform. R2 R2 R3 R3 R3 R3. Seems a little too go to be try for the price, but I ordered a set to try. (Note: not XDA! But thought it might fit under your “other uniform key” description).

These are the closest to what you are looking for.
Shine-through, but not pudding however. Since the caps are both thick and tall, the shine-through doesn’t quite appear as nice as as any average pudding set.

There are definitely shine through SA sets. One quick google search would show you that. Here’s one of those sets. This set is double shot PBT, however, the legends are big like on most other SA sets.

Amazon and Ebay both have uniform R3 backlit SA keycap sets,This one for instance is R2,R2,R3,R3,R3,R3,so unless Dvorak moves the number row you should have no issues.

Alright, I’m going to just get the Lube and maybe Keycaps, Since the switches out of stock they won’t be back by September sadly.
Edit: I don’t think I should get the Lube and use it on stock switches (Just like you said) and since the switches are coming in stock on September I’ll just buy the lube with the new switches, but what would you prefer? I’ll save $20 as well and might get one for cheap in a hardware store or so. So in total I’ll have $23.22 left. I could get some nice keycaps and something else, But I’m not sure what that is. Also could you link some cheap keycap sets on amazon? I can’t find much. Thanks ^^

Update: I found some keycap sets and I thought It was good but I’m not sure, I want something to match with my wallpaper color scene, Or just something nice in general.
